Our Weber BBQ Courses are back!

Join us and a certified Weber® Grill chef for a fantastic 3 hour cook-along event. 

Saturday 15th July (12pm to 3pm)

Sunday 16th July (11am to 2pm)

 

Saturday 19th August (12pm to 3pm)

Sunday 20th August (11am to 2pm)

 

Join in the fun as Weber’s certified barbecue chef presents the latest Weber® products and cook up plenty of inspiration with these hands-on BBQ sessions.

Each course is 3 hours long with a maximum of 20 people per session. Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before the start time.

You will enjoy an exciting time barbecuing numerous dishes, learning new skills along the way.

 

The Menu:

Brined pork chops with charred pepper Romesco sauce

Steak cut potato wedges with roasted garlic aioli

Asparagus with lemon vinaigrette

Summer fruit crostata

 

Participants are divided into small groups and everyone gets stuck in at the BBQs. The course offers a great atmosphere, delicious grilled food samples, free Weber® apron – as well as the opportunity to leave the course a better BBQ chef.

Experience useful tips and tricks that will revolutionise the way you use your Weber® barbecue.

Every participant will receive expert tuition, all the recipes, a Weber® apron as well as a Weber® certificate.
