To help keep everyone safe we have made some changes to how you purchase your cut Christmas tree. As well as choosing your tree in the normal, way we have introduced some additional options.
1. Choosing a tree in store
This year we have introduced a new system, we are asking customers to:
Step 1: Choose your perfect tree from our Plant Area
Step 2: We will net your tree and label it with your name
Step 3: You will pay for your tree in the plant area
Step 4 :Collect your tree – on leaving the Garden Centre, walk to the customer loading bays in our car park, and collect your tree on a trolley.
Don’t worry if you can’t manage your tree, our friendly team will be on hand to help if needed.
We recommend purchasing an Easy Fix Classic Tree Stand, made of steel and long lasting (available in green or red). All our cut trees are sold with a pre-drilled hole in the base. Simply set the tree on top of the stand pin – that’s it, job done! Fill the bowl with water to keep your tree fresh for the festive period.
2. Purchase a pre-selected, netted* tree from our Compost Drive-Thru
This service is perfect if you are shopping for a tree and not worried about selecting your own. It is a quick and easy service, you won’t even need to leave your car!
There are two options of tree available to purchase at the Drive-Thru – the Nordman Fir – Size 175 to 200cm at £44.99 and Size 150 to 175cm at £34.99.
Please note our Cut Christmas Trees are non-returnable (unless there is a quality issue – very unlikely!). *A netted tree means the tree has been pre-wrapped in netting that morning, so you won’t be able to see what it looks like until you get home. All our trees will look fabulous!
3. Home Delivery
This year we have partnered up with our trusted Christmas Tree supplier Needlefresh to offer you a home delivery service (for a small charge). Simply choose and pay for your tree via the Needlefresh website and they will deliver it straight to your door within 48 hours.
This service is great for those who are short of time, are unable to venture out, or who simply prefer the convenience of ordering online.
