New Click & Collect Service
Our online shop now gives you the option to Click and Collect as well as our normal delivery service. Our Click and Collect option can be selected during the checkout process and is free of charge. We will prepare your order and send you an email to let you know it’s ready to come and collect.
When will my items by ready for collection?
Monday to Friday – Order before 10am and we will have your items by 2pm on the same day.
Orders placed between 10am on Friday and 10am Monday will be ready to collect after 2pm on Monday.
You will receive an email to let you know that your items are ready for collection. Please do not come to collect your order until you have received confirmation that your items are ready for collection.
How will I know when I can collect my order?
We will email you to let you know your items are ready to collect. Shortly after ordering you will receive an email order confirmation. Please do not come to collect your items until you receive a second email to let you know your order is ready for collection.
What happens if I arrive to collect my order before I have received my Ready to Collect email?
If you arrive in store before you receive your Ready for Collection email, you are welcome to purchase the product in store and we will refund you online for your click and collect order within 2 working days.
Please advise till staff or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we are able to process your refund.
What happens if the item I want is out of stock?
Occasionally an item shown as available to purchase online maybe out of stock. If this happens you will be informed by email that we are unable to satisfy your order at this time and you will be issued a full refund immediately.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We allow 14 days for you to collect your order. If the items have not been collected 14 days from the time that you receive the ready for collection email, the items will returned to the shop for sale and you will be issued a full refund. If you don’t think you’ll be able to collect in time please let us know either by email to email@example.com or telephone 01376 570777 to make an alternative arrangement.
When my order is ready to collect, what do I need to bring with me?
You are required to show a form of ID at the time of collection.
Please bring a copy of your email order confirmation or your Ready to Collect email (either shown from your Smartphone or as a paper copy) with you when you come to collect.
If you are collecting an item on behalf of someone else you will need a copy of the order confirmation or ready to collect email.
What happens if I decide I don’t want to keep my items when I arrive to collect them or wish to return them at a later date?
If you wish to return unwanted items purchased through Click and Collect, please return them at the tills within 28 days of receiving your email order confirmation. Please make sure you have your email confirmation with you.
We are unable to refund Click and Collect orders directly at the tills, but once you have returned the items our online sales team will process a refund back onto your payment card within 2 working days. Simple like for like exchanges can be processed at the till.
Why does the Perrywood Click and Collect Service not include plants?
We believe that because each individual plant is unique, it is important and enjoyable for a customer to personally shop for their plants. Therefore, at present, we do not include plants as part of the Click and Collect service.
