Changes in our Coffee Shop & Restaurant to keep customers and staff safe

The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and we have been working hard to make sure a number of measures are in place, so that you feel comfortable and can relax and enjoy your dining experience.

On arrival at our Coffee Shop & Restaurant, there is a dedicated, wide queuing area where we ask that all customers socially distance.

You will be greeted by a member of our Coffee Shop team who will offer you paper menus (you may prefer to view these menus on your phone) and escort you to your table. We ask that you use hand-sanitiser before you enter the Coffee Shop & Restaurant and that you wear a face covering until you are seated at the table.

As soon as you walk in, you will see that we have reduced the number of tables in all areas so that there is plenty of space (at least 2 metres) between tables.

Perspex safety screens are in place at all counters and near some tables to protect staff and customers.

There are also barriers along walkways to allow plenty of room next to tables.

All tables and chairs (and highchairs) are sanitised in the morning before the Coffee Shop & Restaurant is open and they are sanitised again after each use.

All food (as well as drinks, cutlery and condiments) is served at your table and payment is also taken at tables. We ask that you pay by card (preferably contactless), Apple or Android pay, or gift voucher only.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Coffee Shop & Restaurant and hope that all these measures will reassure you ahead of your visit.
