Competition Terms

Thank you for entering our PERRYWOOD COMPETITIONS.  Here are the Terms and Conditions for any LIVE competitions running either in-store or online:

Perrywood Tiptree Competition to WIN a £20 Perrywood voucher (E.T. Christmas photo point).

Please read the following Terms & Conditions:-

  1. The promoter is: Perrywood Garden Centre & Nurseries Ltd (company no. 3748436) whose registered office is at Kelvedon Road, Inworth, Tiptree, Essex, CO5 9SX.
  2. Employees of Perrywood Garden Centre & Nurseries Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Route to entry for the competition is via posting a photo from our E.T. Christmas photo point to social media using the #perrywoodchristmas.
  5. Closing date for entry is Sunday 17th December 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. Winners will be drawn by Wednesday 20th December 2023.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. Entries must be completed via social media or sending in via info@perrywood.co.uk.
  9. No paper formats will be accepted or valid.
  10. To enter, you must be over 18.
  11. Three winners will receive a £20 voucher.
  12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15. The winners will be notified by social media or email.
  16. The promoter will notify the winners when the prizes must be redeemed by.
  17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement for their name to be used in social media as the ‘winner’ in Perrywood promotions on social media pages.
  20. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
  21. Any changes to the competition will be displayed in-store. The promoter is not responsible for providing these changes direct to each entrant.
  22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  23. The name of the winners will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Perrywood Garden Centre, Kelvedon Road, Inworth, Tiptree, Essex, CO5 9SX
  24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Perrywood Garden Centre and not to any other party.
